Paleto Bay improvements

I created this to improve paleto bay by adding objects to the location. I added a toll to get into paleto bay, construction on a building, a skatepark, Franklin getting arrested because of a bank heist, Micheal & Trevor robbing the bank and lastly a motorbike crash.

INSTALLATION:
1. Install Map editor & Script V and .net | http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ |https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases
2. Create a scitps folder ( IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY ) and drag all compononts of map editor into there.
3. Drag the "Paleto life.xml" into your main directory.
4. Load into GTA press F7 to open map editor then click load map, load the .xml in the RAR File
