Hey guys this is my first mod for GTA 5. Its nothing to special just a small trailer house in North Yankton that I built using Map Editor and i think it is pretty cool. It is cool for roleplays witch is why I built it. I hope you all like it and if you have any suggestions or things you would like me to add then definitely let me know!

If you guys want the the snowmobile mod as seen in the pictures then here is the link - https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/snowmobile
I would suggest replacing blazer3 instead of the normal one or else everyone in Sandy will have one and its kinda weird unless its snowing there too.
