Instructions:
Copy the ebs mlo & ebs mlo land into "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks".
Add dlcpacks:/ebs mlo/ and dlcpacks:/ebs mlo land at the end of your dlclist.xml in (mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist)
Drop grapeseed.ymt file in "mods/x64a.rpf/levels/gta5/scenario

If you ever find yourself falling through the map or if there are no collisions, there is a way to fix that.
You just simply:
1. Open OpenIV, go straight to the dlc.rpf of the mlo.
2. Open up the dlc.
3. Right Click on the content.xml and select edit.
4. Change all the content from False to True.
Example:

I have all your maps installed and it's unreal how good they look in game. A big plus is you can put all of them in at the same time. With all the characters and buildings you added i'm a little surprised you haven't ported any of the guns over too.
@Ignacio_Eagle If you use Comic Toon for reshade, it will make the rest of the map blend in with the houses and characters. Almost like playing a new Telltale game.
