Actual map location: beside the right end of the red steel bridge, which goes trough the industrial harbour area at the bottom of the map (see 4ᵗʰ screenshot).
This is constructed out of basic coloured 3D shapes and needs airbreak to get trough the outer fence ‒ basic model, everything is just for show.
(At least, seagulls can be shot down from here for practising aiming. 😁)
