Alternative there is a independent Ymap File which you can customize as much as you want.

Is there a way to remove the big christmas tree in the center of the city?

@chzit03 Happy new Year! There is a way to remove the tree, you can import the Mod into GTA Singleplayer and open it with Menyoo, then just remove it.
