The map has working reflections this time around.

Map was converted using Blender 3D, addons of Maps Models Importer by Ellie Michel and BlenderGIS, RenderDoc, Autodesk 3ds Max 2016, CodeWalker, OpenMapTools - by dexyfex, OpenIV - by GooDNTS
Map is added as a DLC pack - the recommended prerequisites with installation general procedures are listed as follows:

Everyone, I really appreceate all the support and even criticism! However, in this case it's like @Vlad94 pointed out. This is new for GTA modding and never did I say it's meant to represent "great quality or a remake of real life locations in HQ". What it does do though is give us an insight on how Google Maps 3D scanned geometry and its materials look like in-game and I like it so far myself :)
@MARK2580 every project has its pack of haters / dislikes, learning how to deal with this is essential, unless the ratio is too high. I always try to look at the full picture. Thanks for your support though!

@encryptedreality id definitely think about it. at least you won't have to worry much about cease and desist letters from rockstar! besides doing that will add more places to be in gta! and other modders probably will contribute there help if they see potential!XD

@EncryptedReality so where do i put it in OPEN-IV? i put it in DLC packs of my mods folder so do i also put it in spooner of menyoo or put it into map editor spawn from there?

For all people wondering where it is located.. It's near LSIA (airport).
The idea is great. And the poor graphics aren't a issue (at least for myself) because I really like the idea behind this. Although I'm kinda sad it isn't connected to the map and just.. floating in the water by itself.
