Hi this is my first mod I have made I hope you like it.
You will need map editor https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor and Win Rar. http://www.download-uk.net/1219696837/winrar/?msclkid=71443a55e4251936d82463a19050864c&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=UK_WRAR&utm_term=win+rar&utm_content=A+-+Winrar.
extract the file and then just place the file into your maps folder if you dont have one make one XD.
