to everyone new, welcome and make sure yall are checking the "home" link in my bio for exclusive mods
will be missing some props on immediate download cause I don't wanna post stolen assets// but you can find them on this site
creates a (pretty slapped together) house on the beach by the houses on the furthest south east side of the map
installation
1. drag and drop the folder "Brooklyn Mansion" into the following path mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data open dlclist.xml and add the line dlcpacks:/Brooklyn_Mansion/
and libertycityremix (southeast)

UPDATE
after some testing i found out you'll have to create Ymaps for the props,,
use addon props and add the trays, beach props and canvases.
