This projects adds
houses and apartments with interiors
a police station with interior more palms and trees benches and food places and bq
more peds homeless people
crime scenes basketballnets and rocks
it adds hospital and a interior. more lifeguards and secerity. police cars and lifeguard cars.
new adds and billboards

Installation:
- To use this you need to have Menyoo trainer: https://github.com/MAFINS/MenyooSP/releases. Download the newest version.
- When you have done that you should go to the main gta folder and go to menyoostuff/spooner and put my file in there.
- Then load gta5 and press F8 on you kerboard and than object spawner and on manager files, and clock on my file
-the rest is in the read me file

great mod but in a realistic situation you wouldn't have an operational beach when a crime/murder scene is present.

How much fps drop?
great mod makes my game way more better and lively. A couple small floating textures but those aren't really a big deal. 9.5/10 would recommend.
@L1LTr4Ph0ne I fixed all the floating issues from palms to lightpoles etc. Also removed a bunch of the non needed lights around the beach. Hoping the creator will allow me to use his mod in an upcoming map overhaul mod im working on.

@daniel7111 unfortunately there are several palm trees floating, mainly near the big rock on the edge. could you arrange them?
