1) Place "extrachrome" in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2) Put the following in dlclist.xml located in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data:

dlcpacks:/extrachrome/

3) Place "dlc_patch" in mods/update/update.rpf
For OPTIONAL wheels without STANCE ANDREAS writing:
1) Extract "smod5wheels_mods.rpf" from "OPTIONAL wheels without Stance Andreas writing" into
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/extrachrome/dlc.rp/x64/levels/extrachrome/vehiclemods and overwrite the existing .rpf of the same name
@GrayElixir they are there for me on, afaik, latest Menyoo and, even if they weren't there, i would have no way to fix it, as i don't develop Menyoo...
@gdta5 it's not my picture, and it's not the picture that the Hotwheels question was referencing, stop asking questions about a thing that i have nothing to do with.
@NEXGEN i removed the comment of the installation error, it was an issue on my end that i overlooked with the game not having closed fully and staying as a background task
I have really wanted to change the color of street lights for a while now, this mod finally let me try to get rid of the piss yellow lights that are in vanilla (i personally used the 3000K for a slight change of feel in a good way), however, this mod changes most lights to the chosen color, this includes the greenish ones found at the airport, port, and other places, reducing variety by quite a bit. Would personally definitely recommend this mod if just the yellow lights were affected, instead of basically all of them, every other aspect of the mod looks like it's of prime quality, would change my rating if the ability to change just the yellow vanilla lights was added in an update.
@Sukairain instantly found the issue, accidentally had duplicate names, easy fix, 1.1 will be up today, if VirusTotal doesn't shaft me again
@Sukairain bruh, idk how could that even happen, i'll check next time i have time

@gdta5 it's not something you ask me or is associated with the wheels in any way...
@darkblue they aren't turn signals, they are side markers that are on at all times
@Katecreme The Hotwheels looking split 5-spokes are part of lore-friendly sports wheels pack 2.0 https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/lore-friendly-sports-wheels-pack-lfswp-add-on-lods
