Hello im supposed to ask you this because i cant load some mods

Cant seem to get it to work i have everything installed and many of my other mods load actually all my other mods but i dont know what i did wrong with this one could i have some help?
i need some help i really enjoy the mod but the police shows up like after 4 deals and i have no heatbar my stuff is on hard but how do i prevent myself getting caught every 2 seconds
