NEW NOOSE TRU Livery Pack for RDE
This add-on livery pack is designed for the Realism Dispatch Enhanced (RDE) mod.
It introduces a new, modern-style NOOSE (National Office of Security Enforcement) livery inspired by recent HSI SRT aesthetics.

- Clean tactical-themed design

Installation Instructions
- Open OpenIV in edit mode.
- Navigate to the Vehicles.rpf file.
- Locate the following files: NooseCenturion.ytd & NooseCenturion+hi.ytd, NooseRiot.ytd & NooseRiot+hi.ytd, NooseInsurgent.ytd & NooseInsurgent+hi.ytd.
- Open each file and use the Import function to add the corresponding textures from this pack correctly.
- Save the changes and launch the game to verify the new liveries.
